The seafood reception (hosted by the Forum
Board) was held on Thursday
night and was a gourmet delight.
Thanks to Samoset Executive Chef Tim
Pierce and Sous Chef Lisa and their staff the night was a total success.
Sea Grant sponsored the ice sculpture "Octopus", carved by Chef
Pierce, which was the
focal point of the room.
