Prior to the auction on Friday night, Forum President, Paul Anderson,
presented the Forum’s first Distinguished Service Award. It went
to the staff of the New England Fishery Management Council in “recognition
of the extraordinary contribution” it has made “over several years
toward advancing the educational mission of the Maine Fishermen’s
Forum.”
On hand to accept the award were Council Executive
Director Paul Howard and staffers Lori Steele and Phil Haring. |
