Those guys came back again! For the 6th year in a
row, Jim LeVerso and Mike Young returned to provide their unique form of
culinary entertainment. This year, they pulled off the impossible: In this
year’s session they demonstrated several easy and quick to make seafood
based appetizers. Then they shifted gears, and conducted a formal chocolate
tasting to educate the attendees and their palates about what constitutes a
quality chocolate, and what kind of chocolate to use for a particular
dessert. As always, it was educational, fun and tasty. This was the most fun
that you could have in 90 minutes! Everyone brought an open mind and an
appetite.
