     This was an open Forum with question, answer and comment period to take input from the commercial fishermen to help all better understand the needs for all and to develop better working relationships.

*Gerry Moores (CFVS examiner) discussed navigation safety and fishing vessel lighting requirements. 

*BM1 Steve Pigeon (USCG Northeast Regional Fisheries Training Center) discussed Coast Guard fisheries training.

*LTJG Justin Forbes (XPO CGC Jefferson Island) discussed Coast Guard enforcement policies and procedures.
