This seminar is for fishermen interested in building
their own underwater video equipment. Presenters have developed a project
to design and field test inexpensive submersible video/lighting arrays that
can be used by fishermen in future research partnerships in marine ecology,
geology, archeology and environmental monitoring. This is an opportunity to
look at various designs, the types of equipment available commercially, and
to discuss how they can be adapted to different research purposes.
