Well they came back - those famous 'Food
Guys' who entertain with their comic monologue each year, while helping you
learn how to get the most out of your seafood dollar. This year, in response
to critiques from last year, they presented "The Pocket Principle.” This year's
seminar covered the finer points of how to create easy, delicious,
inexpensive meals for your family, using little or no oil, and virtually NO
cleanup, using parchment paper or aluminum foil pouches. They made flavorful
fish/seafood based meals from several different cuisines, all of which
tasted GREAT! As always, folks came to learn, came to have fun, and came to enjoy
some great food.
