Yet another year, the Forum’s own “Food Guys” entertained,
enlightened and just plain had fun, while hopefully providing attendees with
good information about their favorite seafood products. Chef Jim
prepared several dishes, with an emphasis on international flavor and ease
of preparation, while also making sure that the final result made people
think they slaved in the kitchen all day! Jim, Mike Young and
Jim’s wife Peggy did their level best to make sure that everyone left with
something good, including a taste of each dish that was
demonstrated. Everyone brought their sense of humor, food questions and a good
appetite and joined the fun!
