NOAA Fisheries Constituent Session
 

     In 2003, NOAA Fisheries hosted eight regional constituent sessions to identify issues of concern for stakeholders.  During this session Dr. Bill Hogarth reported on the Agency’s progress towards addressing constituent priorities in New England.
