Fleet Visioning Project
 

     The Fleet Visioning Project recognizes that a top priority for federal fisheries management is finding a point of equilibrium where the capacity of the fleet matches the sustainability of the fishery and acknowledges that those engaged in the fishery have a role and a responsibility in helping to find that equilibrium point.
