"B" Days-at-Sea
 What are they?  Will they be utilized?
 

     Attendees were given an update on Framework 40 to the groundfish management plan!  They learned what “B” Days-at Sea are, how they could utilize them and what possible ways the “B” DAS would work for fishermen in Maine.
