Approximately 118 trade show exhibitor spaces are available annually.
The deadline for renewal of prior exhibitors is November 1st. Table
space (6 x 8) is available, as well as booth space (8 x 10). Each
booth includes a table and chair. Tables are available for $500.00,
and booth space is available for $600.00. Space is also available in
the Samoset parking lot for large displays (boats, tenders, etc.) with a
booth inside for $650.00 plus the daily Samoset charge of $20.00 per day for use of
the parking lot.
Electricity and forklift are available at extra charge, as are additional
tables. There is generally a wait list for the exhibitors, so the
earlier the application and full deposit are received, the better.
Accommodations are available at the Samoset by receipt of the
Registration Envelope which is mailed in January to all attendees,
exhibitors and speakers. No reservations are available by phone, nor
can they be made prior to the mailing of the Registration Envelopes.
